Given the time shift in Vietnam, when applying for an urgent visa, the application must be submitted no later than 12:00 a.m. the previous day.

How to get an online visa to Vietnam
- Fill the form and send it to us by email on vibaair@vibaair.sk, or fill the online form.
- You will receive an invoice from us by email in order to pay the fee in EUR according to the chosen type of visa.
- Pay the invoice and send us the payment receipt by email on vibaair@vibaair.sk or by fax on +421 2 43 639 425.
- You will receive from us by email an electronic decision issued by the Immigration Department in Hanoi on the issuance of airport visas; i.e., electronic visa confirmation.
- Submit your electronic visa confirmation on arrival at the airport at VISA UPON ARRIVAL, along with your passport and one passport photo. At the airport, you pay a fee in USD based on the chosen visa type.
